When Kim Kardashian finally reveals her hidden tattoo, people are taken aback by where it is

Known for being allergic to tattoos, Kim Kardashian shocked viewers by disclosing her covert art on a recent episode of “The Kardashians.” Kim said that shortly after making her hosting debut on Saturday Night Live (SNL) in October 2021, she had discreetly gotten a tattoo in an open discussion with her hairdresser, Chris Appleton.

The reality personality displayed her subtle tattoo, a little infinity symbol embedded in her lower lip. She described how she and her pals agreed to get matching tattoos the night of her SNL performance; everyone chose to have their hands inked. At first, however, Kim refused, saying, “There’s not a shot I will get a tattoo.”

Cut to behind-the-scenes video of Kim having her lip inked in the company of her sister Khloe Kardashian and a few others. She said, laughing, “I finally put a bumper sticker on a Bentley.”

Kim gave this explanation when asked why she had changed her mind: “This is how you celebrate SNL, with a little tattoo at 4:30 in the morning.” In a hilarious aside, she said that because she often forgets about it, “No one knows, no one sees it, I forget,” maybe she had picked the ideal spot. However, sometimes, as I’m flossing my teeth, I’ll see something black and ask, “What’s this black thing?”

This disclosure coincided with the hoopla surrounding Kim’s Saturday Night Live performance, in which she planted a stage kiss on Pete Davidson during a comedy featuring Jasmine and Aladdin. Even though it was rehearsed, she said, looking back on the event, she felt a “zing” when they kissed. Kim said, “It wasn’t at all like a wild, intense emotion. I was just like, “Hmm,” and then I realized that, “Wow, I really haven’t kissed anyone else in ten years, so maybe this is just a stage kiss and I’m just being stupid.”
