Ayurvedic remedies to help you reduce bloating and acid reflux

One of the most prevalent conditions that most individuals suffer virtually daily is bloating and acid reflux. Bloating is a sensation of fullness in the stomach, while acidity may cause heartburn or a throbbing pain in the chest.

Ayurveda specialist Dr. Dixa Bhavsar Savaliya revealed three remedies on Instagram that might aid people with acid reflux. According to her article, "I notice a lot of individuals who are acidic, particularly grownups (since pitta dominates adult life, similar to how Kapha and Vata dosha dominate infancy and old age, respectively)."

Dr. Savaliya continued by saying that acidity is a symptom that many individuals have compromised on the quality of the food they consume and have taken their digestion for granted.

"Nowadays, individuals eat excessively without thinking about their hunger, the amount, or the quality of the food they are consuming. They take their digestive systems for granted. A hectic lifestyle and inactivity play a part in this as well. As a result, acidity affects not only adults and pitta dominating people but also children and teens "She composed.

She said that using these three ayurvedic remedies for a total of 12 weeks might "decrease excess pitta in your mind and body, which is responsible for reflux and heartburn, and help you settle your acidity problem."

Take some coriander tea to start your day. This requires one glass (300 ml) of water, one tablespoon of coriander seeds, five mint leaves, and fifteen curry leaves. It is then boiled for five minutes, strained, and consumed first thing in the morning.

The digestive benefits of fennel seeds are well established. After every meal, Dr. Savaliya suggested taking a teaspoon of fennel seeds.

The nutritionist suggested drinking rose water at night after consuming coriander tea in the morning. She instructed: "Boil 1 cup of water (150 ml) for 3 minutes, add a few dried rose petals (1 tsp), and wait for 5 minutes.
