400 grams grated sweet corn, 100 grams cottage cheese, 2 boiled and grated potatoes, 30 grams chopped spring onions, 4 chopped green chilies, 2 teaspoons garam masala, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 10 grams chopped ginger, 1 tsp green coriander, salt to taste, 20 ml. White Butter.
