50 g abalone (a variety of sailfish), 5 g dried scallops, 5 g shiitake mushrooms, 50 g crab steamed for half an hour, 20 g prawns steamed for 8-10 minutes, 50 g chicken feet soup, salt to taste, 2 gram chicken powder, 3 grams sugar, 30 grams all-purpose flour, 150 grams chicken soup, 1 gram pokchoy.

1. Add Shiitake Mushroom, Crab, Prawn, and Chicken Feet Soup to the abalone. Add sugar, salt, and chicken powder and mix well.
2. Knead the dough by adding water to the flour and spread it with a dumpling knife and fill the above mixture in it. Fold well.
3. Place the dumpling in a soup bowl and pour the chicken soup over it. Then steam for 6-7 minutes. After steaming, add the blanched pokchoys.
