How to Make Delicious and Healthy Sprouted Moong and Beetroot Salad

material :

1 cup sprouted moong, 1/2 cup sprouted fenugreek seeds, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1/2 cup capsicum, 1/2 grated beet, 1/2 lemon juice, 1-2 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

Salad Dressing:

1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste, tsp roasted and ground cumin, 1/2 tbsp finely chopped ginger, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 tbsp olive oil.

process :

Mix all the salad dressing ingredients together and keep aside. Now add 1/4 cup of water and salt to a saucepan, add the sprouts and bring to a boil. Remove from the flame and keep the pan covered for 3-4 minutes. Then drain the water and cool it. When cool, mix the dressing. Then mix the rest of the ingredients and keep them in the serving bowl. Serve garnished with green coriander and chilies.
