4 boiled eggs, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 large onion grated, 2-inch piece ginger grated, 4-5 cloves garlic grated, 1 tomato finely chopped, 1 green chili finely chopped, 1/2 t Spoon turmeric powder, salt, and red chili as per taste, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp green coriander chopped

process :

1. Peel the eggs and fry them pink on medium heat. Keep it separate Now add cumin seeds in the same pan and splutter.

2. Add onion, and ginger-garlic paste and fry well.

3. Add salt, turmeric powder, tomato, red chili, and green chili, and cook while stirring. Add 1 glass of water and cook on a medium flame for some time. Add fried eggs and cook till the gravy thickens.

4. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
