250 grams rajma, 2 large onions, 3 large tomatoes, 5-6 cloves of garlic, 2-3 cloves, 1-inch piece of ginger, salt, and pepper powder as per taste, 2 tbsp oil, tsp turmeric powder, tsp red chili Powder, tsp coriander powder, tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp curd, 2 tsp tamarind water, chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.

process :

1. First wash and soak the kidney beans for 4 to 5 hours. After that boil the rajma in a pressure cooker by adding a little salt.

2. Make a paste by grinding onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, and clove in a mixer.

3. Heat oil in a pan. Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry well. Then add dry spices and add little water and fry it well. When the spices are fried, then add curd also.

4. Now put the boiled kidney beans, cover the lid and cook again till one whistle comes.

5. Open the lid and keep it on low flame for a while. Now add tamarind water and stir it. When it becomes slightly thick, garnish with finely chopped green coriander and serve hot.
