50 grams flour, salt as per taste, half packet boiled flour noodles, 50 grams cheese cut into square pieces, 1/2 thin long chopped capsicum, 1 chopped onion, 1 small carrot long cut, salt and pepper as per taste, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp mint chutney.
First of all, add salt to the flour and knead it soft. Then make thin roti from this dough and cook it on a non-stick tava from one side. Keep it separate Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Then add onion and fry it. Then add all the vegetables. After some time add cheese. Mix the boiled dough noodles. Add salt and pepper. Cool it off from the flame and then add green chutney.
Now put some vegetable mixture on each roti and roll it. Bake these prepared rolls in a preheated oven at 100°C for 10 minutes. Serve hot with green chutney.
