3 tbsp raisins, 1/2 dry coconut, ghee for frying, 4-5 onions, 10-12 green chillies, 1 tsp ginger flakes, 7-8 black peppercorns, 5-6 garlic cloves, 2 Whole red chili, 2 pieces cinnamon, 1/4 tsp poppy seeds, 5-6 dried mint leaves, 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves, tsp tamarind, 1 small piece jaggery.

Fry the coconut tightly in ghee till it turns brown.
Fry everything from onion to coriander leaves in ghee, except raisins and jaggery. Now grind all the mixture finely. Now add raisins and jaggery to it and mix well.
