Material :

1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 cups flour, 1 cup toasted and chopped walnuts, 12 Tbsp unsalted butter

Method :

- Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
In a bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with a beater. Add egg to it and beat again.
Now add maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix. Add the flour, baking powder and walnuts and mix well.
Shape the cookies on the baking sheet and place it on the rack.
