Mix grated mango, ground turmeric, and salt well and leave it for half an hour. After that, separate the water released by the mixture. Let the chickpeas and fenugreek soak in this water overnight. Here is how to keep the mango in the fridge. Now mix ground fenugreek, fennel, asafoetida, fennel, red chili, ground chili, and soaked gram with mango. Heat mustard oil and let it cool and pour it over the prepared mixture. Keep it in an airtight jar. It will be edible in three to four days. Keep in a cool and dry place. It can be eaten for a year.
