This is how to make Tasty and some different Hot and Sour Soup

2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp corn starch or corn flour, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp red, green, and yellow capsicum chopped, 2 tbsp spring onion, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp chopped Carrot 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 30 grams shredded paneer or tofu, black pepper to taste, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 4 cups water.

Mix all the ingredients together except vinegar, paneer, and cornflour and cook for 7-8 minutes. Dissolve cornflour in a little water and add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
