8 pav, 2 potatoes, 4 onions, a little chopped coriander leaves, 1 cup green peas, 2 cups mixed vegetables (ghee, pumpkin, brinjal) 2 tomatoes, a little ginger, 2 green chilies chopped, 3 tbsp butter, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp pav bhaji masala.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Put all the vegetables and potatoes in the cooker, add salt and cook till 3-4 whistles come. Heat butter in a frying pan, then add finely chopped onion and cook till it becomes light pink. Make a puree by grinding tomatoes in a mixer. Add tomato puree to the onion and fry it well. Now add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, and salt, and cook it by adding a little water. Mash the boiled vegetables and add them to the spices and cook. Also add peas, cover, and let it cook for 10 minutes. Garnish with green coriander and green chilies.
Bake the pav on a hot griddle with butter. Serve hot pav bhaji with finely chopped onion-tomato sticks. You can also add lemon juice if you want.
