This is how to make Tasty and some different styles Matar Pulao

material :

1 cup basmati rice, 1 cup green peas, 1 onion, 1 bay leaf, tsp cumin, 1 thick cardamom, 3-4 cloves, 3-4 black peppercorns, 1 tsp finely chopped coriander, 1 tbsp. spoon oil, and salt as per taste.

process :

Wash basmati rice with water and soak it for half an hour.

Heat oil in a vessel, when the oil becomes hot, add thick cardamom, black pepper, and cloves and fry it. Now add cumin and add onion. When the onion turns pink, add washed green peas to it. Add salt as per taste and add 2 cups of water.

If you are making it in a cooker then add only 1 cup of water. For cooking in an open vessel, we add twice the amount of water to the rice.

Serve hot Matar Pulao garnished with coriander leaves, green chutney, and salad.
