A Russian oil refinery is set on fire by a Ukrainian drone accident

May 10, Moscow Following the downing of a Ukrainian drone, an oil refinery in the Kaluga area of Russia caught fire, local emergency services said on Friday.

“A drone that fell to the ground caused a fire on First Plant LLC property. According to Xinhua news agency, an emergency services official said that there were no fatalities or injuries.

According to RIA Novosti, the refinery is situated in Kaluga oblast’s Dzerzhinsky district, around 150 kilometers southwest of Moscow.

According to the spokesman, three diesel fuel containers with a capacity of around 20 cubic meters each and one fuel oil container with a capacity of about six cubic meters were consumed by the fire.
