Entry in Dubai without a corona investigation, parties going on day and night, the brunt of the city paying for the rising corona cases
Vaccination has started in many countries around the world, but still people are being asked to take precautions. But in many places the rules of Corona are not being followed, due to which the infection is increasing rapidly. One such place is Dubai, where seeing the crowds of people, one does not feel that the world is facing an epidemic. There are huge crowds of people in bars, malls and places to visit, due to which cases of corona are increasing here.
During the Corona crisis, the Dubai city of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) allowed people to come for tourism. The entire economy of the UAE's major cities, including Dubai, rests on the tourism industry, so the long-term lockdown cannot be implemented here. If this is done, then its economy can be damaged. But it is said that everything has a price and Dubai is paying this price through the corona transition.
Britain closes travel corridor with Dubai
The tourist season is at its peak, due to which there has been an unprecedented increase in new cases. Three times more cases are being reported every day than in the previous month. For this reason Britain has closed the travel corridor with Dubai. However, the lockdown has not been implemented in the city even after the growing economic crisis. While the world has banned British citizens from entering their country due to Corona's new strain, Dubai has opened doors for them.
People coming to Dubai are not getting corona test
Even after getting the new strain of Corona in the UAE, there is no stopping of parties here. Even the corona test of the visiting people is not being taken. Hotels in Dubai had up to 71 per cent bookings in December. The first week of January has been the busiest air route between London and Dubai. It has also become common among the people that vaccination has started, in such a situation that they cannot die.
Reduced mortality due to young population
Even after large-scale corona testing, 2,56,000 corona cases have been reported in the UAE and 751 people have died. Analysts believe that most people here are healthy because of the UAE's unique demographics. In fact, 90 percent of the UAE population is outsiders, including young laborers and workers. Also, due to better care done in hospitals, the corona mortality rate has been 0.3 percent.
