Former Taliban spokesman claims, Pakistani government created 'death squad' to eliminate opponents

The former spokesman of the Taliban Pakistani faction Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TPP) has made a major claim. In an audio message on August 10, Ehsanullah Ehsan claimed that the Pakistan government was not only helping the Taliban, but also getting their opponents killed by the Taliban. Not only this, the Pakistani government was also trying to create a 'death squad' by merging some Taliban fighters, which would have eliminated the opponents of the government. Ehsanullah said that out of the list given to me, more people belonged to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and all of them were Pashtuns. These people belonged to every section of the society. The names of Pashtun journalists were also included.

Lt Gen R Talat Masood says that the Pak Army should clear its position and issue a statement on the claims of favor. "Ehsanullah Ehsan is involved in the murders of innocent civilians and the Peshawar attack and his escape should also be investigated. However, Ehsan denied his role in the Peshawar school attack.

Please tell that former TPP spokesman Ehsanullah Ehsan escaped from Pakistani captivity earlier this year. As a Taliban spokesman, Ehsan claimed responsibility for the suicide attack and other terrorist attacks on the Wagah border in 2014, Malala Yousafzai.
