Painful road accident in Pakistan, 15 passengers died due to high speed bus falling into a drain, 35 injured
A high-speed passenger bus (Fell into Ravine) fell into a drain in the Punjab province of Pakistan. 15 people have died in this painful road accident, while 35 people have been badly injured. Police informed about it on Tuesday. The accident took place on the highway passing through Hasan Abdal area of Attak district in the province. The bus that crashed was going from Lahore to Mardan in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province.
According to the police, the speeding bus driver was trying to avoid hitting another car, then lost control of the bus. The rescue team rushed to the spot as soon as they got information about the incident and transported the injured and the dead to the nearest hospital. Police said that at least 15 people died in this incident, while more than 15 people were injured. Police and ambulance vehicles are present at the scene.
Instructions given to help the victims
Syed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari, Special Assistant on Prime Minister Imran Khan's 'Overseas Pakistani and Human Resource Development' has expressed grief over the incident. He has directed the administration to help the victims. Road accidents are common in Pakistan. In fact, due to not repairing the roads properly and drivers driving cars in a negligent manner, large-scale road accidents occur here.
