He said in an online program that the United States has enacted the Transactional Tibet Access Act to pressure access and transparency in Tibet, and he appeals to friends and colleagues like the US to pass a similar act. President Donald Trump legislated the bill in December 2018 by signing it. It calls for Chinese officials not to enter the US who are involved in restricting foreigners' travel to Tibet.
