US President Joe Biden signs gun control law

Gun policy has changed in America for decades. Ignoring pressure from the powerful gun lobby, President Joe Biden has signed a reform proposal. "The void created in the hearts of those who have lost their relatives in the unprovoked firing cannot be filled," he said. But efforts can be made to ensure that other families do not have such a bitter experience that will not be forgotten throughout their lives

Biden said, after every incident, we heard, for God's sake, the government should do something so that such an incident does not happen again. After hearing this sentence, again and again, it was necessary to take reform measures in gun policy and save the lives of the innocent—their relatives should be saved from suffering. Biden's signed resolution would be known as The Bipartisan Safer Communities Act.

Country's new gun control law

Once a law is made, the right to own a gun will be only for self-defense.
This is America's first major initiative to reform federal gun laws in 30 years.
On Thursday, the US Supreme Court struck down the New York gun reform law, calling it unconstitutional.

In the new law-

The new law includes provisions to help states keep guns out of the hands of people deemed a danger to themselves or others and to prevent the sale of guns to people convicted of abusing unmarried intimate partners. This law does not prohibit the sale of assault-style rifles or high-capacity magazines. It also cracks down on the sale of guns to buyers convicted of domestic violence.

After signing new gun control laws, the president also reiterated his criticism of the Supreme Court's decision on Friday. She said her administration was going to focus on the abolition of the constitutional right to abortion across the country.
