PM Narendra Modi will virtually address the employment fair in Panaji today. In the fair, 1250 unemployed will be handed over appointment letters by the state government. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant told that their appointments are to be made in various departments. He told that this program will be organized in the Durbar Hall of Raj Bhavan.
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant told reporters on Wednesday that appointment letters would be handed over to 1,250 people for posts in various departments at the job fair. Sawant said that under the employment fair, appointment letters will be handed over to the selected youth for recruitment into Police Department, Fire and Emergency Services, Planning and Statistics, and Agriculture Departments.
He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a gathering on Thursday at 10.30 am during the Rozgar Mela function to be held at the Durbar Hall of Raj Bhavan in Dona Paula near Panaji. A senior official of the state government said that Modi would address the meeting for about 20 minutes. He said that this meeting would be organized under the employment fair organized by the state government. Prime Minister Modi handed over appointment letters to more than 71,000 youth through video conference on Tuesday under the Rozgar Mela.
