1 cup ragi flour
chopped red pepper - 1
1 sliced carrot (optional)
1-2 green chilli
1 chopped tomato
2-3 tablespoons of green coriander
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon of chaat masala
oil, as required
to taste for salt
Method
To begin, carefully cut the onion, tomato, green chile, carrot, and capsicum for the cheela.
Now combine chopped carrots, green onions, capsicum, and green coriander with ragi flour in a bowl.
Reserve a few chopped tomatoes, onions, and peppers for later use.
Now combine everything well and, if needed, add salt and chaat masala.
then add water to the batter to prepare it. The batter shouldn't be too thin, so keep that in mind.
Take a nonstick pan and heat it now on the gas.
