At the same time, apart from LIC, there are many such companies that are providing health insurance plans for cancer. These include Max Life, HDFC Life Insurance, SBI Life, and ICICI Prudential.
The minimum age in the cancer insurance plan of Max Life is 25 years and the maximum age is 65 years, while the sum assured is a minimum of Rs 10 lakh and a maximum of Rs 50 lakh. Apart from this, the minimum age for a cancer care plan from HDFC Life is five years and the maximum is 65 years. In this also the sum assured is minimum 10 lakhs and maximum 50 lakhs.
