It has been shown that walking before breakfast, sometimes referred to as fasting exercise, increases metabolism and fat burning. Our daily routine could increase our daily calorie burn by approximately 150 if we included 30 minutes of vigorous walking. Of course, we will burn more calories when we go further and faster. Walking on a daily basis may aid with weight loss as well as other losses. Numerous health issues pertaining to your heart, joints, immunological system, lungs, neurological system, mental health (depression, anxiety, and nervousness), and physical strength may be avoided.”

Furthermore, he said, “Aside from that, frequent walking also makes your skin seem younger. To ensure that food is well digested, wait for at least thirty to sixty minutes after a meal before taking vigorous exercise. Exercise is beneficial at any time of day, but getting the most out of your routine depends on when you choose to do it. For instance, walking is more enjoyable in the mornings. You may breathe clean, fresh air and enough oxygen since there is less pollution in the air. Additionally, the peaceful, clear morning air gives you an extra boost of energy and activity.”

A daily 45-minute walk in the morning helps facilitate the body’s natural production and circulation of endorphins.”
