1/2 tsp cumin (for tempering)

Method
To prepare spinach uttapam In order to make uttapam, boil the spinach till steam is produced.
Semolina and curd should be well combined before being set aside for 30 minutes.
After the spinach has cooled, crush it into a fine powder and set it aside.
Add spinach to the semolina and curd mixture after that, after it has set.
If more water is required, you may add it and create a smooth solution.
