Manjari is already associated with her glass containers business, so she took care of its marketing and management very well. She says, “My mother-in-law is a very good cook. Whoever tastes his hands once, gets lost in his childhood memories, so he was entrusted with the responsibility of the kitchen. Initially, we used to get 40 orders in a day, but today the orders have increased to 450. The first order we got was from an unknown non-Bihari person, who has become our regular customer today.

According to Manjari, the traditional litti-chokha is the lifeblood of 'The Chhonk'. She further says, “We felt the pinch of Bihari taste due to the lockdown, so we linked it to the need of other people, who miss their Bihari taste and started with litti-chokha only, but today the menu Dal-Bhaat, Vegetable-Roti, Jhalmudi, Kheer Puri, Matar-Bhuja, Pulao, Sattu Kachori, Chuda Fry, Sattu Drink, Sattu Puri, Champaran Meat, Chuda-Ghughni, Pickles, etc. are the taste of Bihari cuisine of the people here. Has climbed on the tongue.
took care of the environment
Manjari says, “Our USP is that we bring home-like taste to the people, so we have kept it separate from the methods of the restaurant, that is, we take care of complete hygiene in preparation and serving. Also aware of the environment, so do not use plastic.
Orders are received from food delivery apps and social media
