Coffee and honey face mask

For this you will need one spoon of coffee powder and one spoon of honey. Mix these two ingredients well in a small bowl. Apply the paste all over your face, avoiding the area around the eyes and massage gently. Now keep this mask for 20 minutes. After that wash off with cold water. This will help moisturize the skin and reduce wrinkles, dryness and dark spots.

Coffee and milk face mask

Mix one teaspoon coffee powder and one teaspoon lemon juice in a bowl. Mix it well to make a paste. Apply it gently on your face and neck. Let it dry for 15 minutes and then wash off with cold water. Lemon with coffee helps in removing tan and lightening the skin. It also gives a mild bleaching effect which helps in getting rid of dead skin.

Conditioner – You can use a good conditioner. It contains amino acids. It helps in preventing hair fall. It makes hair soft.

Shampoo – It is very important to choose the right shampoo according to the scalp. Depending on the scalp you need to wash your hair. Washing hair during dry scalp can lead to hair fall. You can massage with oil thrice a week. Do not use shampoo containing chemicals. Do not use shampoos that contain sulfates, parabens and silicones. They increase the risk of hair breakage.

Diet and Exercise – Eating a balanced diet is very important. You can do many types of exercises. Protein and iron can be consumed in the daily diet. Exercising, yoga and meditation are great options to reduce hair fall.
