Steps to Apply: AP SET 2024 Registration Window Closing Today @ apset.net.in

Today, March 6, 2024, is the last day the Andhra Pradesh government plans to close registration for the Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (AP SET) 2024. Candidates may apply directly for the AP SET 2024 by visiting apset.net.in, the official AP SET website.

The AP SET 2024 registration was opened on February 14 by Andhra University in Visakhapatnam. The purpose of the registration is to choose eligible candidates for assistant professor and lecturer roles in the state’s degree institutions and universities. Until Thursday, March 6, candidates who satisfy the qualifying conditions may submit their applications without paying a late fee.

How to Apply for AP Set 2024
Step 1: Visit the official AP SET website, apset.net.in.

Step 2: From the list of links provided on the site, choose “AP SET 2024 registration.”

Step 3: A new window will open and need you to finish registering.

Step 4: To enter the application site after registering, use the registration number and password that were issued to your email address or phone number.

Step 5: Carefully complete the application and submit your files in the appropriate format.

Step 6: Click the “Submit” button after paying the application cost according to your category.

Step 7:. For your records, print a copy of the AP SET 2024 application form.

2024 AP Set: Exam Pattern
The two test papers for the AP SET 2024 are as follows:

Document 1

All candidates must complete Paper 1, which consists of 50 required objective-style questions worth two marks each. The purpose of the paper is to evaluate teaching and research abilities in one hour. With the exception of Hindi, Sanskrit, Telugu, and Urdu, this periodical is mostly bilingual in English and Telugu.

Document 2

Paper 2, which consists of 100 objective-style questions worth two marks each that must be completed in two hours, is designed to evaluate candidates’ in-depth understanding of the topic they have chosen. All subjects are taught in English, with the exception of commerce, economics, education, history, political science, public administration, and sociology, which include a Telugu alternative.

AP Set 2024: FEES DEPOSIT
For applicants in the General and EWS categories, the AP SET application cost is Rs. 1200; for those in the BC category, it is Rs. 1000. Candidates who identify as SC, ST, PWD, or transgender must pay Rs. 700 for the test. For the online application fee submission, only online payments are accepted.
