Tiranga Halwa: 3/4 cup milk, 3 tablespoons of desi ghee, 6 tablespoons of semolina, 3 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of poppy seed syrup, 1 teaspoon of orange squash, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, and 1 small bowl of dried fruits and tutti frutti (for garnish)
Ghee should first be heated in a pan before beginning to prepare Tiranga Halwa on Republic Day.
Then add the semolina and toast it until it becomes golden brown. Add the milk and continue stirring.
Add sugar when it starts to turn sour, heat while stirring constantly, add orange squash, combine well, and set away.
In a fresh pan, reheat the ghee, then add the semolina and cook it until it becomes golden.
Mix the milk, sugar, and vanilla essence well. Then, heat the mixture until it thickens. It's time for your white pudding. Now put this to the side as well.
Now it's time for the green pudding. To make it, first heat a clean skillet, add the ghee, and then cook the semolina in it until it becomes golden brown.
As it begins to thicken, add milk and sugar and continue to simmer. Then, for a green tint, add poppy seed syrup and thoroughly combine.
Spread a plastic sheet on a platter and then put poppy seed halwa, which is green in color, on top of it.
Spread a layer of white halwa that has been flavored with vanilla after that. Place the layer of orange squash, which is saffron in color, last. Apply the last three layers, then top the Tiranga Halwa with colorful tutti-frutti and pre-chopped dried fruits.
