It states that from August 5 to August 15, tourists will get free entry to all the monuments of the country. On August 15, 2022, on the occasion of 75 years of India's independence, Amrit Mahotsav is being celebrated across the country. For this, preparations are going on vigorously across the country. On this occasion, the Archaeological Survey of India has made a free entry for tourists to all the monuments and museums of the country. Giving more details about this, Director Archaeological Survey of India NK Pathak said that this may increase the number of tourists. Especially, a large number of tourists can come to see the Taj Mahal.


Let us tell you that the entry fee to the Taj Mahal is Rs 50 and 200 has to be paid to enter the main dome. At the same time, the entry fee for foreign tourists is Rs 1100 and for the dome is Rs 200. This decision of the government will result in huge savings for the tourists. Apart from this, tourists can also visit the Qutub Minar and Red Fort located in the capital of the country, Delhi for free. One thing must be kept in mind that on Friday the Taj Mahal is closed to tourists.
