Mango - 2 large (approximately 2 cups of mango pulp)
Sugar - 1/2 cup Rest depending on the sweetness of the mango.
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp

Cut the mangoes, put them in a blender and grind them.

Put it in a nonstick skillet and cook for 2 minutes.

Step – 3

Add sugar to it and keep cooking it till it becomes thick. It will take about 8 to 10 minutes.


Now take it off the flame and add lemon juice to it. Mix well.


After cooling it, fill it in an air tight container and keep it in the fridge.


Serve this delicious mango jam with sandwiches or any other dish. Jam can be prepared like this without pectin or preservatives. It is also beneficial for health.
