The police have filed a case against former SP and Mohammad Ziauddin Rizvi, including five SP leaders, and against 35 to 45 unidentified persons for violating the prohibitory orders imposed to prevent the spread of covid-19 and the spread of the epidemic. The police gave this information on Tuesday. According to the police, this case was registered by SP workers against the sub-officer of Sikandpur tehsil for taking out a procession in a land related matter.

He said that the police is investigating the case. It is noteworthy that Samajwadi Party took out a procession from Sikanderpur in protest against the activities of Sangam Lal Yadav, Deputy District Magistrate of Sikanderpur Tehsil of the district. The procession had reached the district headquarters from Sikanderpur and a memorandum was handed over to the District Magistrate.
