Adani Enterprises to develop data center in India in joint venture with US company Edgeconnex

Adani Enterprise is about to develop Data Center in India. These data centers will be developed in a joint venture with a US company. Giving this information on Tuesday, Adani Enterprises said that it has entered into a joint venture agreement with US company EdgeConex to develop and operate data centers across the country.

In a communication to stock exchanges, Adani Enterprises said the deal was signed between its wholly owned subsidiary DC Development Chennai and Edgeconnex Europe, a subsidiary of Edgeconnex Europe. The joint venture aims to develop a GW data center capability over the next decade.

Data center will be built in these cities

Joint venture AdaniConex JV will focus on building a network of hyperscale data centers in India. It will be launched from the markets of Chennai, Navi Mumbai, Noida, Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad.

Both companies said that development and construction work has started at these places. However, the companies did not give information about the investment figures. Gautam Adani, chairman of the Adani Group, said that India currently has the world's largest data subscribing population. In such a situation, cloud, content, network, Internet of Things (IoT), 5G, artificial intelligence (AI) and data centers are basic needs in the country to meet the needs of enterprises.

A man named Vishnu Tiwari was sentenced to 19 years in prison for a crime he had never committed. The National Human Rights Commission is looking very strict on this matter. The NHRC has issued a notice to the Chief Secretary and DGP of UP in this matter (NHRC notice to UP DGP or Chief Secretary). The Human Rights Commission has asked for a full report till the acquittal of Vishnu after being convicted in the rape case. The Human Rights Commission particularly wants a report which contains a complete overview of the action taken against irresponsible public servants and the steps taken to rehabilitate Vishnu.

In six weeks, the Human Rights Commission has summoned a report in the Vishnu Tiwari case from the Chief Secretary and DGP of UP (NHRC Demand Report). Along with this, he has also questioned the functioning of the Sentence Review Board. The Human Rights Commission has said that the punishment board is not effective at the moment. He said that there have also been cases when innocent prisoners die in jail at the age of 75 years.

NHRC took cognizance of media report

The Human Rights Commission has taken cognizance in this matter through a media report. The commission has said that the 23-year-old youth was sentenced to life imprisonment by the trial court in the rape case. After 19 years, Allahabad High Court considered him innocent. He lost many of his family members during the sentence. Even after treating everyone well in jail, she was not even given parole to attend her father's funeral. He was not even allowed to attend the last rites of his brother.

After 19 years, innocence got justice

In 1999, a young man named Vishnu Tiwari was accused of raping a Dalit woman. In the same case, the lower court of Lalitpur district held Vishnu guilty. In the year 2005, Vishnu appealed for justice in the High Court. He could get justice after about 14 years. The very precious 19 years of Vishnu's life were wasted in prison.
