Amidst the hijab controversy, there is a ruckus over the kurta pajama in Meerut, the student who came to take the exam was beaten up
Kurta pajama controversy has come to the fore in Meerut amid the hijab episode that broke out in the country. In Meerut college, a BA student who went to take the examination wearing kurta pyjama was assaulted by some college students and he has been instructed not to come wearing kurta-pyjama in the college premises from now on. The victim student has filed a complaint against unknown students in the police station. The police have started investigation by registering a report. Today the police reached Meerut College and checked the CCTV cameras installed there. The student alleges that he was beaten with a belt and threatened with death if he came again wearing kurta-pyjama.

Suhail, a resident of Sarai Laldas in Thana Brahmpuri area, is a BA student in Meerut College. Student Suhail alleges that he had gone to the college to take the examination on Friday. When he came out after giving the examination, some youths stopped him in the college premises itself and started beating him without saying anything. When he asked the reason for the assault, the youths objected to him wearing kurta pajama. The youths beat him fiercely and said that this is a college campus, it will not work here. If you come from ahead wearing kurta pajama, you will kill yourself. On the other hand, SN Sharma of the principal of the college says that the matter has come before him. But the incident is outside the college premises.

The student is not even revealing the names of the youths who assaulted him. The principal says that the student was not assaulted because of the dog's pajama. The matter is something else. It is being investigated. At the same time, it is being seen whether the attackers were college students or whether they were from outside youth. SP City Vineet Bhatnagar says that the matter is being investigated. The real reason for this is being investigated. Strict action will be taken against those involved in the assault after investigation.
