Arvind Kejriwal’s arrest for the Lok Sabha elections might come soon thanks to the Congress-AAP alliance: Bharadwaj Saurabh

Aam Aadmi Party leader and Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj said on Friday that Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, will be arrested within the next two to three days. The only way to guarantee Kejriwal’s safety, according to Bharadwaj, is to avoid forging any kind of coalition with Congress. He said that “BJP people” had warned about the likelihood of Kejriwal’s arrest if a multi-state alliance was established with Congress.

Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, is reportedly going to be arrested within the next two to three days. Why is the national government acting with such urgency is the question. ..People have been threatening to arrest Arvind Kejriwal if the AAP and Congress create a multi-state coalition. Arvind Kejriwal would be imprisoned if an alliance is formed with the Congress, according to even BJP members, and the only way to see him released from prison is for him to refuse to join the INDIA Alliance with the Congress, the speaker said.

Additionally, Bharadwaj made fun of the BJP, implying that the saffron party is concerned that their coalition may interfere with their ability to form government.

The BJP seems to be quite uneasy. It believes that BJP would find it difficult to create a government in any state if an alliance is formed between the AAP and the Congress,” the speaker said.

Bharadwaj said, “All announcements (for all states) will be made together,” while discussing the plan for seat-sharing with the Congress. The latter stages of the conversations are underway, and I have no doubt that an announcement will be made shortly. Arvinder Singh Lovely, the president of the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC), said on Thursday that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the Congress will form an alliance in the nation’s capital for the next Lok Sabha elections.

He went on to say that the AAP and the Congress form the INDIA bloc. He promised that a seat-sharing agreement will be released shortly and said that the alliance went beyond Delhi and that they would jointly run in the Lok Sabha elections throughout the country.

The progress on seat-sharing came after lengthy talks this week, which included an important gathering on Thursday at Congressman KC Venugopal’s house. Sandeep Pathak, Saurabh Bhardwaj, and Atishi represented the AAP, while Venugopal and Mukul Wasnik represented the Congress.

The BJP won all seven Delhi Lok Sabha seats in the elections held in 2014 and 2019. The BJP won one seat while the Congress won six in 2004. The Congress won all seven seats in the nation’s capital in the 2009 elections.

In the 2015 Delhi Assembly elections, the AAP won 67 of the 70 seats, handily defeating the opposition. The Arvind Kejriwal-led party won 62 out of 70 seats in the Assembly elections, repeating its triumph from 2020.
