As the water approaches the danger mark, there are no tourist visits to Bogotha Falls

The waterfalls become even more captivating during the rainy season, drawing travelers to such locations. One of these is the tranquil Bogotha Waterfall, which is located in the Wazeedu Mandal in the Telangana district of Mulugu. It is often referred to as Telangana’s Niagara Falls. The water has reached the danger level as a result of the intense rains in the northern area of India. To experience the splendor, tourists often go to the fall throughout the summer and monsoon season.

The license for visitors to visit Bogatha waterfall was temporarily stopped by the forest authorities on Wednesday due to the rising water level of the cascade. The water flow is accelerating quickly. There is now a danger level at Bogatha Falls, and this weekend is expected to be rainy, according to some sources.

When the water level drops below the danger threshold to a normal level, Wazeedu Forest Range Officer (FRO) B Chandarmouli informed the media that visitors will be permitted to visit the Bogatha Waterfall.

At the moment, the state’s Forest Department is in charge of Bogatha Waterfall, and travelers must get permission to visit.

The FRO also said that a fence has been built around the waterfall as a safety measure since there have been instances of individuals slipping into the stream.

visitors must need native tribal guides in order to get to the waterfall, and the forest administration also forbids visitors from making the walk alone. Chandramouli claims that since more people are visiting the waterfalls, the neighborhood police have increased their patrols.

People who are in the Mulugu area and have plans to visit the Bogatha Waterfall may also explore the Godavari, Medaram Sammakka, and Sarakka Kshetra, three historic temples.

Apart from Telangana, the government of Goa and Karnataka has also prohibited visitors from going to waterfall locations out of prudence.
