Bachchan is urged by PM Narendra Modi to attend Rann Utsav and the Statue of Unity

Amitabh Bachchan was asked to attend the forthcoming Rann Utsav and the Statue of Unity in Gujarat by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday.

The sorrow is that I would never be get to see there in person, Bachchan lamented in a post on X from the prime minister’s recent trip to the Parvati Kund and Adi Kailash summit in Jolingkong, Uttarakhand, both of which are shrines to Lord Shiva.

The PM suggested visiting Kutch in response to the screen icon.

“My trip to the Jageshwar and Parvati Kund Temples was enthralling. I strongly advise you to go to Kutch since Rann Utsav will begin in the next weeks. You should also pay a visit to the Statue of Unity. @SrBachchan,” wrote PM Modi on X.

The prime minister began his tour to Uttarakhand on Thursday with a pooja at Parvati Kund and a sight of the Adi Kailash mountain.

Later, he spoke at a public gathering after launching many development projects and laying their foundation stones.
