BRS would surpass other parties in Telangana in terms of seats won: Rama Rao KT

BRS working president KT Rama Rao said on Tuesday that his party will win more seats than the BJP and Congress, citing that former Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s bus yatra had swung the tide in favor of the BRS in the Lok Sabha elections.

He said that CM A Revanth Reddy has filed fake candidates in seven seats to support the BJP while speaking to the media in Sircilla.

“In Telangana, the Congress and BJP collaborate closely, while they quarrel in Delhi. He said that the majority of the candidates put out by the Congress and BJP were former BRS members who had switched allegiance.

“Velichala Rajender Rao, the Congress candidate in Karimnagar, is not well-known. T Jeevan Reddy would have preferred to run from Karimnagar, but it obliged him to run from Nizamabad. The Congress filed Danam Nagender as a phony candidate in Secunderabad as well. According to Rama Rao, Revanth Reddy worked more than Kishan Reddy to guarantee the success of BJP candidates.

“Regional parties will play a key role in the formation of the Union government after people’s verdict is announced on June 4,” he stated, indicating that neither the NDA nor the INDIA alliance would get enough seats to form government at the Center.
