Due to fog, 17 trains are running late in the northern area

According to railway authorities, 17 passenger trains were operating late in the country's northern regions because of poor visibility and fog on Wednesday.

The Rani Kamlapati-Hazrat Nizamuddin Shaan-e-Bhopal Express, Mysuru-MGR Chennai Central Superfast Express, and the Visakhapatnam-New Delhi Andhra Pradesh Express are all running one hour behind schedule, according to railway authorities.

Both the Banaras-New Delhi Kashi Vishwanath Express and the Pratapgarh-Delhi Padmavat Express are two hours late.

They reported delays of two and a half hours for the Delhi-Brahmaputra Mail, Dr. Amdedkar Nagar-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Malwa Superfast Express, and Durg-Hazrat Nizamuddin Humsafar Express.

Both the Bhusaval-Hazrat Nizamuddin Gondwana Superfast Express and the Jabalpur-Hazrat Nizamuddin Gondwana Express are nearly three hours late.

Ten trains were delayed earlier on Tuesday because of fog in the north.
