Enhancing the education sector is a government priority

According to RS Bali, chairman of the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation, the government is aiming to make Himachal Pradesh the

top state in the nation for educational quality. He said, “The government has made many wise decisions for the bright future of the state’s youth, the results of which we will see in the coming times.”

Attending the annual Degree College prize distribution ceremony on Saturday as the chief guest, Bali, who is also the Vice Chairman of the Tourism Development Board, announced that Rs 10 lakh will go toward college development, Rs 3 lakh will go toward improving the college gym, and Rs 50,000 will go toward promoting cultural programs.

In addition, he gave the college twenty PCs, three volleyball sets, and five cricket sets.

Bali further said that the institution will shortly begin offering legal studies. He requested that department representatives produce a plan for the college’s auditorium building and the enhancement of the sports field.

The HPTDC Chairman emphasized the need to transform Nagrota into the state’s ideal Assembly constituency. In order to achieve this, ongoing development work is being done in the Assembly constituency, which has the biggest fountain in the nation, a sports complex, a model ITI, a hotel, and Rajiv Gandhi Day Boarding School.

He said that in order to implement revolutionary reforms in the state’s education system, the administration, headed by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, was making historic choices.

“The government’s top priority is to start day boarding schools and provide the state’s children with a high-quality education,” he said.

Bali went on to say that the government will build model day boarding schools in each state Assembly district, laying the groundwork for the state’s overall growth.
