Ex-CM of Punjab Rajinder Kaur Bhattal criticizes AAP for their electoral pledges

Rajinder Kaur Bhattal, the former chief minister of Punjab, has requested that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann deposit Rs 26,000 into each woman’s bank account in the state before to June 1st, the election day. She stated that when the AAP government was established in March 2022, more than 26 months ago, it made a commitment to provide every woman with Rs 1,000 every month. Accordingly, each lady owes the AAP Rs 26,000, she continued.

Speaking to reporters here today, Bhattal said that AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal had pledged to provide every woman with a monthly payment of Rs 1,000 after the establishment of the AAP administration during the last Assembly elections in 2022. But, she said, it had turned out to be a false promise.

According to Bhattal, the Congress party kept its promises to the people, just as it did when it promised the ladies of Himachal Pradesh a monthly salary of Rs 1,500. She said that the Congress party will keep all of its pledges, which included giving young people Rs 1 lakh year to start their own businesses and Rs 1 lakh annually to impoverished women.
