Four family members perished in a Karnataka traffic accident

In Karnataka’s Chitradurga district, a vehicle carrying four family members—three of them were children—was involved in a collision with a bridge on Thursday, according to authorities.

In the event, three more persons suffered significant injuries; they were receiving medical attention at a hospital.

The event happened in the Chitradurga district of Karnataka, close to the Sanikere village.

The vehicle struck the bridge and was totally crushed, according to the police.

Locals raced over to assist the police in transporting the wounded people to the hospital so they could be treated.

“The automobile had driven from Devadurga to Bangalore. The automobile held seven people, including children. The night owls had crossed Challakere early in the morning. A senior police officer said, “The driver lost control and hit a bridge near Sanikere.”

The front end of the automobile was crushed when it struck the bridge with such force.

Dharmender Kumar SP Meena, an extra SP Kumaraswamy, and Challakere PSI Shivraj went to the scene of the collision to assess the situation.

A police station in Challakere has received a complaint.
