Four Indian Mujahideen terrorists were found guilty by a Delhi court of planning attacks

Four Indian Mujahideen (IM) members were found guilty on Monday in a 2012 case of forming a criminal conspiracy to carry out terrorist activities throughout the nation in an effort to overthrow the government.

Danish Ansari, Aftab Alam, Imran Khan, and Obaid-Ur-Rehman were all charged by Special Judge Shailender Malik with different offenses under the IPC and the strict Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

On July 7, the court issued an order stating that the defendants had entered guilty pleas.

Under Sections 121A (conspiracy to wage war against the government of India) and 123 (concealing with purpose to aid plan to conduct war), the NIA has filed a case in September 2012.

Additionally, they were accused of violating UAPA Sections 17 (raising finances for terrorist act), 18, Conspiracy to Commit Terrorist Act, 18A (Organizing Terrorist Camps), 18B (Recruiting Terrorist Act Participants), and 20 (Being a Member of Terror Organization).
