Harsimrat Badal of SAD is one of the wealthiest people with net assets of Rs 198 crore

Harsimrat Kaur Badal, a former Union minister and SAD contender for the Bathinda parliamentary seat, has a total stated net worth of Rs 198 crore, making her one of the wealthiest candidates to contest in Punjab.

The seat was won by Harsimrat, who submitted her paperwork today, in 2009, 2014, and 2019. Sukhbir Singh Badal, the head of SAD, submitted paperwork as a covering candidate. The Hindu Undivided Family’s assets are valued at Rs 62.7 crore for the pair.

Four voting rounds, according to Sukhbir, have shown that the BJP will not constitute the next Central administration. “The speech by PM Modi suggests that the BJP is in a panic. He is now publicly criticizing a certain group and even saying that the “mangalsutras” would be taken away and distributed to other people,” he claimed.

“I have ensured the overall development of the constituency,” said Harsimrat. I have and will keep advocating on behalf of Punjab in Parliament.
