Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, the chief minister of Himachal Pradesh, was taken to the Indira Gandhi Medical College Hospital on Thursday after he reported feeling discomfort in his belly, according to authorities.
The hospital hospitalized him late on Wednesday evening.
Doctors say that as of right now, all reports are normal and the chief minister’s status is steady.
He is being watched. The chief minister will stay in the hospital as long as investigations are ongoing, according to the physicians.
