The Community Guidelines Enforcement report offers worldwide information on the flags the platform has received and the manner in which it has applied rules. Our Community Guidelines have shielded the YouTube community from harmful material ever since our company’s inception. We use a mix of machine learning and human reviewers to enact our regulations, according to a statement from Youtube.

Over the years, YouTube has made significant investments in the guidelines and tools required to safeguard the community, it said.

Today, the great majority of content producers submit their work in good faith and without breaking any rules. It said, “We think instructional initiatives are effective at lowering the number of creators who accidentally transgress our regulations.

Over 93% of these films were first recognized by robots rather than people, according to the Community Guidelines Enforcement report on video deletions.

According to the statement, “of the videos detected by machines, 38% were removed before they received a single view, and 31% received between one and ten views before removal.”

According to the platform, fewer than 10 views were required for more than 69% of the objectionable films that were automatically removed from YouTube.According to the statement, “the vast majority of these channels were terminated for violating our spam policies, including but not limited to scams, false metadata or thumbnails, video and comments spam.”

Creators now have the opportunity to enroll in a training course after getting a Community Guidelines notice, according to YouTube.
