In Uttarakhand, Mood of the Nation 2024 projects the NDA to win five seats in the Lok Sabha

The BJP-led NDA is anticipated to win all five seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, mirroring its success in Uttarakhand in 2019, according to the India Today Mood of the Nation (MOTN) survey.

The February 2024 edition of Mood of the Nation is based on a survey that was completed by 35,801 people across all Lok Sabha constituencies. The survey was carried out between January 28, 2024, to December 15, 2023. Health warning: Opinion surveys are not always accurate.

The NDA is expected to get 59% of the vote, which is 2% less than in 2019. With a one percent rise, the INDIA bloc is predicted to get 32% of the vote, with the other bloc members likely to receive 9%.

Since May 2009, the CVoter Tracker has been conducted weekly, with a target sample size of 30,000 per quarter. There are 52 waves in a calendar year, conducted in 11 national languages across all states and union territories in India. Fifty-five percent is the average response rate. Since January 1, 2019, CVoter has begun doing tracker analysis every day utilizing a rollover sample of seven days.

In addition, the India bloc will not be allowed to establish an account in the state for the Lok Sabha elections if the NDA, as predicted, wins all five seats.
