Recruitment at IREL in 2023: How to Apply

Step 1: Access the IREL website by going to https://www.irel.co.in/.

Step 2: Select the “Careers” option, then “Recruitment” from the list of links.

Step 3: Register by providing your information, including your email address and cellphone number.

Step 4: Enter your registration ID and password to access the application site.

Step 5: Complete the application form with the required information.

Upload the papers in step six.

Pay the application fee at step seven.

Step 8: Submit the form and download it.

The general applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 500. Students and female applicants who fall under the SC/ST/PwBD/ESM category are not required to pay an application fee.

Eligibility

The qualifications for individuals seeking a management job in the financial division include a CA/CMA or B.Com with an MBA in finance. Candidates must have a diploma in HR Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, HR Development, or Labor Welfare to be eligible for the HRM division.

For consideration for the position, candidates interested in the mining department must have a mining-related BE or B. Tech degree. Candidates who want to oversee the Quality Control division must have a PhD or M.Sc. in chemistry.

Depending on the post you apply for, individuals’ maximum ages range from 21 to 42. Applicants should read the official announcement posted on the IREL website to learn more about age relaxation, reservation regulations, and other relevant guidelines.

Selection Method

The candidates will be chosen based on an interview, a psychometric test, a group exercise, or a combination of all three. A written exam may also be administered by IREL to applicants. There will be a medical checkup after it.
