Narcotics found, two people detained by Assam Police

May 9, Guwahati In the Kamrup district’s Boko region, the Assam Police Special Task Force (STF) conducted an operation on Thursday and found drugs, according to authorities.

Police claim that an STF squad used certain information to stop a car transporting drugs, and they found heroin stored in 30 packets inside the automobile.

The drugs that were found totaled 420 grams in weight.

Because they were transporting the illegal drugs, two people were taken into custody. Sabur Ali and Kabel Uddin have been recognized. They are both inhabitants of the Barpeta district’s Goroimari area.

A case was filed under the applicable provisions.

There is now an ongoing inquiry into the situation.
