PM, BJP ruined the nation in the last ten years: Kejriwal

Arvind Kejriwal, the national convener of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the rallying cry “Inqalab Zindabad,” claiming that the PM and the BJP have destroyed the country in the past 10 years through blatant corruption, price increases, and a plethora of taxes on the common man.

Arvind Kejriwal addressed a sizable crowd in Gwalior on Sunday to officially launch the AAP’s election campaign for the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections. He was joined by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. The AAP leader accused the PM of forgiving unpaid loans totaling almost Rs 11 lakh crore that his ‘friends’ had taken out from various banks.

Do you believe Modi Ji would have given this money away for nothing? Kejriwal was pressed. “No. To appease his buddies, the PM must have required a sizable sum of money, the accuser said.

The Delhi Chief Minister said, “In return, the union government imposed so many taxes on the average man to fill up that gap in revenue.”

According to Kejriwal, the Modi administration has taxed even food and necessities like milk for the first time in India’s history.

The Delhi CM made a joke while donning a blue half-sleeve shirt and black pants. “PM Modi ji is extremely angry at me and says that I have given’muft ki revri’ (freebies) to the people of Delhi,” he remarked.

“Modi ji is a really large individual. In comparison to him, I am too little. Kejriwal questioned, “But I want to ask the PM, what is his concern if I have brought some pleasure to them and a smile to their cheeks.

Yes, he said, “I have given seven muft ki revri to the people of Delhi,” including free electricity, high-quality instruction, free water, first-rate medical care, free rides for women on buses, a place for seniors to make pilgrimages, and jobs for young people.

After that, when Kejriwal asked the audience whether they wanted the “free ki revri” in MP, they roared in agreement.

He said that under the Modi administration, brazen looting is occurring in India. “Even the British did not tax items like milk, but this BJP government has not even spared that,” Kejriwal said.

In order to reiterate his sarcasm over PM Modi’s educational background, Kejriwal told a short tale about the “chauthi pass raja” (Class IV pass king). The AAP leader described how the ruler’s lack of knowledge was catastrophic for a magnificent kingdom and how bureaucrats and the ruler’s associates misled him into making bad judgements without mentioning Modi by name.

According to Kejriwal, some authorities misled the monarch into believing that demonetization would put a stop to corruption and terrorism. The ruler allegedly foisted demonetization onto the populace without giving it any consideration, but it had no positive effects.

According to Kejriwal, some authorities also led the king astray during the COVID 19 epidemic by telling him that pounding spoons and thalis would be helpful. The monarch instructed everyone to do this, but the outcome was that thousands of people perished.

Should India’s Prime Minister in the twenty-first century be educated or not? Kejriwal was pressed.

He also criticised the BJP-led administration in MP, claiming that the cost of fuel there exceeds Rs. 108 per litre. “Of this, the rate of petrol is only Rs 57 and the rest is all tax,” the accuser said.

“Give AAP in MP one chance, and you will forget this ‘Mama’ (referring to MP CM Shivraj Chouhan) and his cronies,” Kejriwal said.

The chief minister of Punjab, Bhagwant Mann, also said that the BJP and Congress worked together to plunder the populace and engage in egotistical politics.

He said, “What kind of state is MP, where people voted for the Congress but the BJP made the government?” He said that both parties had betrayed the will of the people’s electorate by the Congress MLAs selling themselves to the BJP.
